Tell us a little about yourself?
I’m the CEO of Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a national nonprofit. I’m also a mom and a proud dog mom. I’m passionate about ensuring that people diagnosed with breast cancer feel informed, supported, and never alone.
Can you share a bit about your personal journey and what led you to become CEO of Living Beyond Breast Cancer?
My mom battled breast and uterine cancer before passing from lung cancer. When she was diagnosed in the ’80s, resources were scarce, so she made it her mission to help others. Her courage inspired my lifelong commitment to this work.
Which is your favorite Danucera product and why?

What does beauty or self-care mean to you personally, and how does that tie into your mission?
Like many working women, my days can be intense, so I prioritize self-care to stay grounded and present. Walking in the woods with my dog, exercising, playing pickleball, and keeping a skincare routine help me recharge so I can better support others.
How can brands and communities make a tangible impact in the fight against breast cancer?
By amplifying the voices of those living with both early-stage and metastatic breast cancer. This disease isn’t just “pink” — it’s life-threatening, with over 40,000 women dying each year. Real impact starts with honest awareness and action.
Why do you choose Danucera for your skincare routine?
I’m always seeking clean, high-performing skincare. I also love supporting women-owned brands that are creating exceptional products for women.
How can individuals support the breast cancer community in meaningful ways?
Give in ways that matter—donate to impactful organizations, show up for friends in ways they need, and remember that healing continues long after treatment ends. Offer compassion and grace.
