Enjoy free UPS Ground Shipping on any US order from DANUCERA's online store over $50. If your order is over $50 simply choose Ground Shipping at checkout to get Free UPS Ground Shipping. This offer is valid only for shipments within the continental United States. This offer cannot be applied to previous orders.

If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. The email will advise you of the approximate delivery window and delivery options if you don’t plan to be home at that time.  Sign up now by clicking on this link: www.ups.com/mychoice

Once an order has left DANUCERA, it is in the care of UPS. DANUCERA is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.

International Customers

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 12 hours following the purchase. After this grace period, the order will be shipped out and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

 Shipping Fees

All Orders are shipped through UPS International. Rates and fees are calculated based on the package's location and will show at the checkout screen.

Free shipping is not applicable for any orders shipped outside of the United States. 

Taxes & Duties

It is your responsibility as the customer to pay for any required taxes and duties required by your country. 

It is further your responsibility to report any purchases of tangible personal property that Danucera has not taxed and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.

International Orders Return Policy

All purchases shipped outside the United States are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the package’s delivery with an image of the damaged product in the shipping box. Please email this information to contact@danucera.com so we may promptly assist you.
