Refund policy

DANUCERA hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact our Returns department contact@danucera.com to arrange the return. We are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. The guest is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. 

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the package’s delivery with an image of the damaged product in the shipping box. Please email this information to contact@danucera.com so we may promptly assist you.
