Danuta's Spring Clean Beauty Refresh

As daylight extends its stay and the temperature becomes warmer, the call to venture outdoors for a walk becomes all the more enticing. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a brisk trot, walking at any pace promotes blood flow throughout the body. Another avenue to promote circulation is through the practice of facial massage! Effective blood circulation ensures that the body’s organs receive a steady supply of oxygen and nutrients; this will encourage healing and cell turnover. The more that we encourage blood flow, through walking or indulging in facial massage, we contribute to the improvement of our skin health.

Don’t forget about the body!

Our skin is the largest organ, making it the last organ to receive nutrients from the body. This is where dry brushing comes into play, dry brushing stimulates lymphatic drainage and provides an instant boost of blood flow. Our founder, Danuta Mieloch likes to follow with two Susanne Kauffman body products to support the skin’s natural barrier post-dry brushing.

Effective blood circulation ensures that the body’s organs receive a steady supply of oxygen and nutrients; this will encourage healing and cell turnover. The more that we encourage blood flow, through walking or indulging in facial massage, we contribute to the improvement of our skin health.
